Perkins Fox is led by Michael Perkins BSc. FRICS who has over 25 years experience in the sector gained in senior roles at CBRE, Hartnell Taylor Cook and more recently at Lambert Smith Hampton where he was National Head of Retail.
Michael’s experience includes advising Westfield Shopping towns on their entrance to the European market with the acquisition of the Broadmarsh Shopping Centre in Nottingham, the national disposal programme for McDonald’s Restaurants Ltd of their surplus stores as they re-focus their estate and leading T-Mobile’s expansion with the acquisition of one hundred and fifty stores in an eighteen-month period.
